Nancy and Angelo of Cadence Design Studio were amazing partners in the remodel of our 1970s home - from our initial look at the house to move-in day (and beyond!). They accompanied us when we first looked at the house to help us visualize the possibilities and discuss the opportunities and challenges of transforming the existing spaces. Cadence asked detailed questions about our needs and wants, design aesthetics, and budget so that they could truly consider what we, as clients, wanted in a home. A boy did they deliver! They listened to what we shared with them and provided a design that exceeded our expectations. For example, they carved out a space for a cozy den that we never knew we wanted but is one of our favorite spaces. Nancy and Angelo both have amazing eyes, and their combined aesthetic was a source of guidance for us. Their material selections, hardware choices, and fixture recommendations were spot-on, budget-aligned, and helped streamline an overwhelming decision-making process.

Nancy and Angelo were communicative and responsive throughout the renovation, and both my husband and I enjoyed working with the two of them. We are grateful every day to wake up in our beautiful house and are so thankful to Cadence for all their wisdom, guidance, and style that contributed to making this space into our family's home. We cannot recommend Cadence Design Studio more highly.

It's been a joy working with Cadence Design Studio on our remodel/rebuild project!

The scope of the project was considerable; we bought an old 1950s ranch that needed a lot of work, and eventually became a complete redesign/rebuild.

Nancy and Angelo Marasco shepherded us through the entire process from start to finish.  This included getting to know us to develop our vision, doing all of the architectural and design work, the project management, and dovetailing all of the above with the builder and other suppliers to create a seamless project.  Cadence helped us understand what the challenges and limitations were, how to create a budget realistically, and focus our attention in selecting all the finishes in the house.

We're now moved into our "new" house and couldn't be happier.  The holistic approach that Cadence took with blending architecture, design, and function has given us a home that is uniquely ours.  We highly recommend Nancy and Angelo to anyone with a similar project.

We couldn't be more pleased with the architectural and design work from Cadence Design on our complete mid-century home remodel in Krisana Park. From our first meeting Angelo Marasco understood the aesthetic we wanted to achieve. This was a very big job, expansion on both sides and doubling the square footage, on the bones of a house built in 1953. We hired Cadence to design and manage the project throughout and are so happy we had this level of oversight and expertise. The home turned out even more beautiful then we ever imagined.
